At Christ’s College, we get boys. It’s what makes us one of New Zealand’s leading independent schools for boys from Years 9 to 13. We understand what makes them tick. We enjoy their energy, their humour, their ideas and their zest for life. We celebrate boys and we teach in ways they learn best. Our commitment is to work with each boy, to inspire and encourage him to always aspire to reach his full potential.
“We have a clear vision at Christ’s College – to educate boys to be virtuous men who make a positive contribution to society.”
Garth Wynne
Executive Principal

Monday 1 November, 6:30pm
Give a boy a place to find his strengths and he’ll excel. Christ’s College is that place. We get boys, so we teach how they learn best. Our strong academic, cultural, sport and co-curricular programmes are supported by small classes and a holistic approach to wellbeing, while our House system fosters belonging and comradery. Attend our Year 7 Information Evening to find out what life is like at the South Island’s only independent secondary school for boys.
